REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in online & offline sales of luxury hospitality/hotel/food & beverage venues.
- Possess natural ability to think out of the box and implement them in different sales strategies.
- Savvy in calculations of costing & pricing.
- Possess very good relationship with a large network of online & offline travel agents and other travel industry players.
- Savvy in social media management latest trends
- Possess excellent English and Indonesian, verbal and written correspondence. A 3rd language is a plus.
- Have experience to work with KPIs, be extremely result oriented, and is used to work with quantifiable sales results.
- Extremely organized, discipline, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Must be able to travel when needed
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conductive proactive selling, through online and offline channels. Continously and aggressively looking for new leads.
- Ensure properties are a top choice for all our partners and direct target market.
- Support, train and supervise sales and reservations team ensuring understanding of sales strategies and their implementation.
- Create packages and special offers and work with the design and communications team in optimizing the spread of every promotion.
- Possess technical & practical experience in channel management and online sales management.
- Negotiate contracts with OTAs, TAs, DMCs, wholesalers and other partners. Ensure that the properties are ranked at the top in terms of findability by pursuing the most up-to-date strategies.
- Maintain and promote a team-work environment with effective and clear communication amongst co-workers, ensuring the best customer service.
- Creating long-term and value-based relationships with customers.
- Assist in development and implementation of Promotions, Press Releases, Revenue and Yield Management Strategies.
- Participate in Sales Calls (telemarketing, direct mail, personal visits), Fam Trips and Site Inspections.
- Execute and Support operational aspects of business booked, ensuring the best customer service is being provided.
- Identify new market and business opportunities.
