Are you a driven individual with a strong work ethic? A Bali-based business management consultancy is searching for a Senior Legal Consultant to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can provide creative solutions to complex legal problems, while also being an excellent communicator and team player.

Requirements :

  • Indonesian nationality
  • Min 2 years of related experience in Legal, administration, or a related field.
  • Supervisory and management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, including speaking and writing
  • The candidate must have experience in various public institutions in notaries, national land office, as well as relevant government licensing offices & immigration departments in Bali, and with relevant experience
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Have experience managing a team
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem solving
  • Having experience in handling expatriate permits, company establishment, and property consultancy will be an advantage

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to manage client projects.
  • Ensure client projects are completed before their expiration date.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Provide clients with information on the status of the ongoing project and on any delays (every week).
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation to the relevant government institutions.
  • Manage and track application submissions to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all areas relevant to the client’s project, including conducting necessary negotiations with relevant government institutions.
  • Document translation from Indonesian to English (with the standard translation provided).
  • Upsell products and services to clients, in collaboration with Account Executives (AE)
  • Ensure the team’s coordination and that the Customer Relation Executive (CRE) team follows the group policy.
  • Ensure the CRE team delivers the project on time.
  • Report any issues with the project to AE.
  • Report and propose action on each project having a delay or an issue.
  • Report any general affairs or HR issues from the team and if any members are not performing.
