As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in curating bespoke travel experiences, building lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, and driving revenue growth. Your ability to understand client needs, present compelling travel solutions, and close sales will be critical to success in this role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle services.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury travel destinations, experiences, and services in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand client preferences and present personalised travel solutions that align with their expectations.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills to drive conversions and maximise revenue.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client requests effectively.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring seamless communication and personalised recommendations throughout the travel planning process.
  • Leverage market knowledge to anticipate travel trends, identify new business opportunities, and refine sales strategies.
