One of Bali’s leading property management groups is looking for a Sales & Revenue Director to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully implementing revenue management strategies. They should possess advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling, to interpret market data and make informed pricing decisions.

 

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in revenue management, e-commerce, or distribution management within the hospitality or property management industry.
  • Strong understanding of online distribution channels OTAs, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in revenue management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with leadership experience or potential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimise overall revenue performance.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor industry benchmarks and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee and manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies based on demand, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
