One of our clients, an Indonesian Hospitality Group comprising several hotels and resorts across the archipelago is currently seeking a highly talented and motivated individual for a Sales Executive to join the team immediately.

The ideal candidate should have a dynamic personality with a strong background in sales within the luxury hospitality sector. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with high-end clients. The candidate must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. A keen understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis is essential. 

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Junior College Degree.
  • Highly skilled in negotiation and creating effective sales plans.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel chains. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good English or other languages reading and writing skills to meet business needs. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work under strong pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Driven by achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Understand local customers and have strong market analysis ability. 
  • Have certain customer resources.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Regularly meet with clients to present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and promote the resort.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management to optimise sales strategies.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the resort’s services, amenities, and packages.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client information and sales activities.
  • Handle all sales-related paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events and group bookings.
  • Liaise with event planners and clients to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Conduct site visits and tours for prospective clients.
