The ideal candidate should have a dynamic personality with a strong background in sales within the luxury hospitality sector. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with high-end clients. The candidate must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. A keen understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis is essential.
Requirements :

- Junior College Degree.
- Highly skilled in negotiation and creating effective sales plans.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel chains.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good English or other languages reading and writing skills to meet business needs.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Regularly meet with clients to present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and promote the resort.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management to optimise sales strategies.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the resort’s services, amenities, and packages.
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client information and sales activities.
- Handle all sales-related paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and payment processing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and group bookings.
- Liaise with event planners and clients to ensure all requirements are met.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- Conduct site visits and tours for prospective clients.
