The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness, understanding of fitness equipment, fitness center operations & exercise science, & a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for promoting & selling a range of fitness equipment to both individual consumers & commercial clients.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the fitness or hospitality industry.
- In-depth understanding of fitness equipment, industry trends, and client needs.
- Background in fitness training or certification in personal training is a plus.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly with commercial fitness clients, is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficient in utilising sales and design software, as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
Responsibilities :
- Actively find & engage customers, understand their needs & provide tailored equipment solutions.
- Demonstrate product features & benefits, guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients & influencers to encourage repeat business & referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends & equipment innovations.
- Provide expert advice & recommendations on the best products for various fitness goals & spaces.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients & sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor offerings & pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Meet or exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare & present sales reports to management.
- Work closely with marketing & customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in trade shows, fitness events, & community outreach to promote brand awareness.
- Maintain above average levels of cardiovascular fitness, strength and body composition.
