The candidate should have a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. They should be self-disciplined, proactive, and able to manage their time effectively while working remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the college’s courses.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing.
- Create and oversee content for various platforms, including the college website, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Organise and participate in marketing events such as open days and education fairs in Indonesia.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the admissions and student services teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead conversion.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, such as education agents in Indonesia and call them asking to be partners.
- Meet with potential students to discuss their educational goals and present suitable college programs.
- Provide detailed information about course content, entry requirements, and career outcomes.
- Assist students with the application process, including visa application support where applicable.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the college’s offerings, admissions policies, and education pathways.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, guiding them through each step of the enrolment process.
- Collaborate with the Melbourne marketing team to align strategies and ensure a consistent message is delivered.
