Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong database and network of APAC based clients looking to expand their team and presence in Indonesia
  • Know your clients strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
  • Targeted research strategy
  • Research into clients’ company, competitors and marketplace
  • Work with a broad range of sectors and industries and carve out your own niche sectors and accounts
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
  • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and on-boarding process
  • Liaise with the marketing team to promote the latest job opportunities across all group social media platforms and networks
  • Attend key networking events and seminars
