A Bali-based company specialising in the production and sale of high-quality bedding products, including natural latex mattresses and pillows, is looking for a Sales and Engagement Executive to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and versatile Sales Associates who excels in a multifaceted environment. They should demonstrate a passion for driving sales and contributing to company growth. In addition to sales responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have experience in organising pop-up events, handling B2B inquiries, and conducting client meetings outside the showroom. They should possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a customer-facing role while effectively managing multiple tasks to support business objectives.
Requirements :
- Open for expat and local candidates.
- Minimum of two years of successful experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the activewear or fashion industry.
- Fluent in English (B2 to C1 level), with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proactive self-starter capable of working independently and taking initiative to drive sales and engagement activities.
- Prior experience in organising events, workshops, or promotional activities is highly desirable.
- Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships to foster customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage various tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and preferences. Recommend suitable products and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales transactions.
- Assist in organising in-store pop-ups and external events to promote the product. Coordinate with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure events are executed smoothly and within budget.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event concepts, promotional materials, and event-related communications.
- Respond promptly to B2B inquiries and establish strong relationships with business clients. Conduct meetings outside the showroom to present products and services, negotiate terms, and secure B2B sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of B2B prospects, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all clients.
- Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and build long-term relationships.
- Proactively explore new market opportunities and identify potential areas for business expansion. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to penetrate new markets and contribute to the overall growth.
