Revenue and Reservation Manager – Property Management (Kerobokan)

One of our clients, a dynamic property management company in Bali, is searching for a highly experienced Revenue and Reservations Manager to join the team immediately with significant pre-opening experience. This role will reporting directly to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will be working closely with the sales, marketing and operations teams and be responsible for maximising revenue contribution, whilst managing all booking channels, day-to-day reservations, and property inventories.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of three years experience as a Distribution Manager or relevant position. Previous experience in Property Management or Hotel.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Extensive OTA & pricing strategy knowledge.
  • Effective communication and detail oriented.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to monitor and evaluate reservation performance and optimise distribution strategies.
  • Ability to analyse reservation data, market trends, and distribution performance to identify opportunities and improvements.
  • Good time management skills to coordinate reservation and distribution processes efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills and departmental organisation.
  • Proficient in PMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Independent and with great initiative.
  • Great decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage Distribution, E-Commerce, Revenue and Reservations team.
  • Lead the team and report directly to the General Manager.
  • Recruiting, training, developing and supporting the team on a daily basis.
  • Create and update departmental SOPs. 
  • Set budgets and monitor forecasts vs. actuals.
  • Implement strategic and tactical plans. 
  • Oversee daily channel management and integrations. 
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with Operations.
  • Onboard new properties and determine the pricing.
  • Maximise revenue from all booking channels and direct.
  • Develop and implement pricing and yield strategies.
  • Build promotional offers to optimise inventory and occupancy.
  • Support teams in handling guest feedback and requests.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, accounting, and operations.
