Requirements:

  • Local candidates only
  • 2 Years of hospitality administration experience
  • Hospitality/administration degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook
  • Other Marketing and Hospitality programs experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Attend weekly meetings, take notes and distribute the minutes and follow up tasks accordingly
  • Handle assigned reporting, scheduling, communications, projects, presentations, and overall office tasks assigned
  • Prepares daily and monthly reports of reservations
  • Compiling guest satisfaction survey and guest registration card
  • Preparation of Qontak Statistic Report
  • Update of Summary Villa Maintenance
  • Update of Guest Upcoming Report
  • Update of Xendit transactions
  • Reconciliation of Payment Transactions
  • Prepare Minutes Meeting
  • Update payment for Check out Reservation on BookandLink
