Requirements:
- Local candidates only
- 2 Years of hospitality administration experience
- Hospitality/administration degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft programs — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook
- Other Marketing and Hospitality programs experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Attend weekly meetings, take notes and distribute the minutes and follow up tasks accordingly
- Handle assigned reporting, scheduling, communications, projects, presentations, and overall office tasks assigned
- Prepares daily and monthly reports of reservations
- Compiling guest satisfaction survey and guest registration card
- Preparation of Qontak Statistic Report
- Update of Summary Villa Maintenance
- Update of Guest Upcoming Report
- Update of Xendit transactions
- Reconciliation of Payment Transactions
- Prepare Minutes Meeting
- Update payment for Check out Reservation on BookandLink
