One of our clients, a well-established medical recruitment agency based in Australia, is searching for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced and driven professional with a background in recruitment. They should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates while understanding the unique requirements of medical roles. The candidate must be highly organised, proficient in using recruitment software, and capable of managing the entire hiring process remotely, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers.
Requirements :
- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Fluent English, native-level fluency with no accent.
- Exclusively dedicated to this role, with no side jobs or other commitments.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets consistently.
- Able to manage multiple activities efficiently and maintain organised records.
- Quick to understand new concepts and embrace change.
- Knows how to navigate both formal and informal structures within organisations.
- Skilled in building rapport and managing high-stress situations tactfully.
- Skilled negotiator who can achieve win-win outcomes while building trust.
- Working hours from 06:00 to 15:00 Bali time. (09:00 – 17:00 Sydney time)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage qualified doctors for placements in Australian public hospitals, specifically within emergency departments, including FACEM specialists.
- Proactively manage candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for temporary roles.
- Conduct thorough screenings, assess qualifications, and interview candidates to ensure a strong match for locum assignments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication on job expectations, role requirements, and placement processes.
- Coordinate with hospital administrators to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely placement of doctors in locum roles, including managing scheduling, paperwork, and logistics.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with both candidates and hospital representatives to secure placements that meet the needs of all parties.
- Prepare and review contracts to ensure all agreements align with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment databases, ensuring all candidate information, job placements, and contractual details are up to date.
- Regularly update and review records to facilitate smooth recruitment operations and compliance.
- Build rapport with candidates, clients, and internal team members to facilitate a positive, efficient recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the Bali team to deliver outstanding client and candidate service.
