Are you a driven individual with strong communication skills? A brand new Pilates Studio in Canggu with a well renowned local teacher is looking for a Receptionist to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate is responsible for handling a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving clients, preparing the studio, handling booking processes and distributing mails.
Requirement :
- Local candidate only
- Min. two years of related experience in a similar field
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Computer applications including booking system, whatsapp and email.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Friendly open personality who can act as a hostess for the studio clients
- Fluent and strong in English
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the studio.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Studio cleaning between classes (clean and prepare the reformers for the next class)
- Scheduling appointments.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Prepare studio for the day (water, tea, towels, lights, AC)
- Reporting daily operations to the Head Pilates Teacher.
