Are you a driven individual with strong communication skills? A brand new Pilates Studio in Canggu with a well renowned local teacher is looking for a Receptionist to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for handling a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving clients, preparing the studio, handling booking processes and distributing mails.

Requirement :

  • Local candidate only 
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Computer applications including booking system, whatsapp and email.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Friendly open personality who can act as a hostess for the studio clients
  • Fluent and strong in English

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the studio.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Studio cleaning between classes (clean and prepare the reformers for the next class)
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Prepare studio for the day (water, tea, towels, lights, AC)
  • Reporting daily operations to the Head Pilates Teacher.
