Are you a highly- driven individual with solid experience in administrative and other legal duties? One of Bali’s leading Villa Management companies is looking for a Real Estate Legal Assistant to join their team immediately.  

The ideal candidate is responsible for conducting legal research, managing closing schedules for commercial or residential properties and drafting contracts or other legal documents.

Requirements : 

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. three years of experience preferably at Notary, Lawyer or Legal consulting office.
  • Must have work experience dealing with legal documents in the Bali Real Estate market. 
  • Good time-management skills and great interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn, independent, pro-active and goal-oriented working attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, comfortable to present and negotiate.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Conducting legal research on cases and gathering pertinent legal information. 
  • Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Monitoring deal processes and communicating with notaries for a smooth transaction.
  • Assisting with real estate deal preparation including preparing pre-agreement.
  • Communicating with a notary, and preparing for closing deals.
  • Daily record keeping with electronic and physical filing of property transactions.
  • Analyzing and summarizing documents.
  • Assisting with the administration and management workflow.
  • General administrative duties i.e. answering correspondence and taking telephone calls.
