The ideal candidate is an organised and tech-savvy individual with a passion for media production. They should have hands-on experience or a strong interest in podcasting and virtual webinars, with the ability to manage equipment setup, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth production workflows. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or Media Production.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in broadcasting or media production industry. Prior experience as a production assistant is a plus.
Familiarity with digital media trends and property industry is a plus.
Organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities :

Assist in planning and organising podcast and webinar schedules.
Ensure the smooth execution of live and recorded sessions.
Coordinate with speakers, hosts, and guests to provide technical and logistical support.
Set up, test, and maintain audio-visual equipment before events.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues during live sessions.
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and maintenance of production equipment.
Prepare detailed production checklists and timelines.
Source and set up necessary equipment, including microphones, cameras, lighting, and software tools.
Assist in setting up and managing production spaces, ensuring a professional
environment.
Operate production equipment (camera, microphone, lighting, other recording equipment) during live sessions or recordings.
Monitor audio and video quality in real-time, addressing any issues promptly.
Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting and technical support.
