Requirements :

• Open for local and expat candidates.
• Proven experience in producing editorial-style content, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and skill in transforming complex subjects into engaging material.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple aspects of production simultaneously, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• A fresh and innovative approach to content creation, with a knack for making traditionally dull topics exciting and engaging.
• Meticulous attention to detail in both content and production processes to ensure high-quality output.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and team members.
• A genuine interest in finance, business, and current trends to help create authentic and insightful content.
• Experience producing long form content and managing a team and client
• Knowledge of current trends and challenges within the finance and business sectors.
• Familiarity with digital media and social platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Content Development: Lead the conceptualisation and development of each episode, ensuring the content is engaging, informative, and tailored to the Gen Z and Millennial audience.
• Editorial Oversight: Oversee the editorial process, from scripting to final cut, ensuring the content maintains high standards and aligns with the brand’s vision.
• Project Management: Manage the production timeline, budgets, and resources efficiently to deliver each episode on schedule and within budget.
• Creative Vision: Infuse creativity into the series to make finance and business topics exciting and relatable, employing innovative storytelling techniques and formats.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with writers, directors, editors, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and smooth production process.
• Audience Engagement: Implement strategies to engage with our target audience through various channels, including social media, interactive elements, and audience feedback.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current trends in finance, business, and media to ensure the content remains relevant and ahead of the curve.
