Are you a highly motivated candidate with proven spa and salon experience at a managerial level in a luxury hospitality venue or group? An international hotel group is looking for a Pre-Opening Team Spa & Blow Bar Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for the day to day activities of the spa and salon and to ensure an impeccable customer experience. You will be responsible for operations to run smoothly, efficiently and profitably in addition to managing a team of service / treatment specialists to ensure all policies and procedures are clearly communicated and adhered to, maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring the best and brightest team members are onboarded. 

You will be involved to project manage this project through to opening and beyond. 


  • Local candidate only 
  • Min. 2 years relevant managerial experience working in a supervisory/management role within the beauty salon industry (i.e, salon or spa management) 
  • Graduated from relevant education and certified 
  • Strong leadership, communication skills, customer service experience in retail stores 
  • Passionate, committed individual 
  • Provide leadership and tools for success to your team 
  • You lead by example, are customer service at your core, and can resolve challenges with professionalism.
  • You know how to bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training, developing your team, creating a positive work environment, providing guidance on business and technical competency matters, and always keeping the salon’s bottom line in mind.
  • You can and want to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • You are tech savvy and can perform administrative tasks. You may be closing out the system at the end of the day.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the team in creating an outstanding experience for the customer (pampered to perfection, customers are greeted in a professional, friendly, and timely manner)

  • You will hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism.
  • Provide best in rock star customer service (creating an experience) by greeting and assisting customers, and excellent floor leadership skills—own and manage the floor
  • Ensure effective communication flow throughout business, ie Clients, staff and management.
