Requirements :
- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in PR, marketing, and communications, preferably in luxury hospitality, resorts, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong background in event planning, brand partnerships, and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to create successful marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand engagement.
- Experience in securing media placements, influencer collaborations, and press coverage.
- Ability to craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and brand messaging.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and online brand management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid digital advertising, and analytics to measure campaign success.
- Knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools to enhance guest loyalty and retention.
- Strong networking abilities to represent the resort at key industry events and social scenes.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive local marketing and PR plan for the resort and beach club.
- Drive brand awareness and positioning through targeted marketing, PR, and communication efforts.
- Ensure the resort’s events, services, and offerings receive maximum media exposure through strategic PR initiatives.
- Collaborate with Resort Management to create and execute a monthly event calendar featuring culinary, music, dance, and entertainment experiences.
- Ensure all events align with the brand’s luxury image and appeal to high-end clientele.
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns to drive attendance and revenue for events.
- Actively engage with guests to gather feedback, ensuring exceptional product and service quality.
- Represent the resort at Bali and Gili social events, enhancing brand visibility.
- Drive business growth through strategic PR initiatives, both locally and internationally.
- Lead on-property, local, online, and social media marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage content strategies across social media platforms to engage with audiences.
- Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, ensuring a positive brand image is maintained.
