One of the pioneers of exclusive property development and luxury hospitality in Bali is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate for this position is to take ownership of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO-driven lead generation strategies—focusing on scaling revenue, optimising conversion funnels, and building high-value audiences. This role is designed for a performance-driven marketer who understands the importance of balancing brand awareness and direct response marketing to achieve sustainable growth. The Performance Marketing Manager will work directly under the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with a team of creatives to develop high-performing content.
Requirements :
- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Minimum three years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, and lead generation.
- Proven track record in high-ticket lead generation (real estate, investment properties, luxury resorts).
- Expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads, including budget scaling and bid management.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and multi-touch attribution.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
- Strong analytical & strategic mindset—must know how to translate marketing data into revenue growth.
- Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimisation techniques & landing page testing.
- Experience integrating campaigns with CRM & sales automation platforms (Salesforce).
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute high-converting Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns tailored for real estate, resort investments, and high-ticket buyers.
- Optimise ad spend for maximum ROAS, adjusting bids, budgets, and audience segments in real-time.
- Build and manage custom audiences & lookalike audiences, ensuring targeted, high-intent leads.
- A/B test creatives, messaging, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to nurture leads and push them further down the funnel.
- Balance performance marketing strategies with brand-building efforts to ensure long-term engagement and visibility.
- Own the full digital acquisition funnel, from ad clicks to lead conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and CRM teams to optimise lead handoff and conversion rates.
- Implement landing page optimisation & CRO strategies to maximise paid traffic efficiency.
- Develop data-driven customer journey maps to nurture leads and shorten the sales cycle.
- Optimise on-site and technical SEO to improve organic traffic for high-intent real estate buyers.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and link-building strategies to boost search rankings.
- Ensure paid and organic efforts align for consistent brand visibility and lead acquisition.
- Work closely with a team of creatives to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and audience targeting strategies.
- Provide creative direction and feedback based on campaign performance and audience insights.
- Track and analyse conversion metrics to refine campaign performance
- Provide weekly and monthly data-driven reports with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of Meta & Google Ads algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
