Are you a highly proactive candidate with experience in data analysis searching for a remote role? A data-driven marketing agency based in Singapore is searching for a Senior-Level Performance Manager to join their team immediately.
Successful candidates will be reporting to their media team in Singapore and working full-time Monday to Friday 9 am-6 pm. (Singapore time) This role will consist of planning and executing digital media /performance campaigns for key clients within the agency.

- Min 4 years of experience with managing digital media/performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, FB / IG Business Manager, DV360, etc.
- Experience creating, executing and optimizing successful paid marketing / programmatic
- campaigns
- Understanding the role of media within the customer journey from building awareness, driving engagement, nurturing and converting into leads and pipeline
- Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing / Tech related field or equivalent professional experience
- Deep interest in digital marketing and innovation within the industry
- Ability to analyse and assess campaigns and deliver thoughtful recommendations or solutions
- Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience in data analysis with a high level of comfort discussing and presenting results – strong
- Excel / Google Sheets skills and hands on experience with Google DataStudio would be ideal
- A proactive and organized self-starter with a flexible and agile approach
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and execute digital media/performance campaigns for key clients within the agency
- Development of monthly media and performance plans in line with client objectives
- Supporting Performance Lead / Media Director on strategic planning, new business proposals, and tactical planning
- Hands on management of SEM, Social, Video, and Programmatic / RTB campaigns
- End to end campaign execution from campaign set up, daily tracking, bid optimization, creative updates and reporting
- Trafficking or uploading of creative campaigns and managing the scheduling of ads
- Liaising with the client, creative team, account leads, and internal stakeholders for ongoing campaign updates or deliverables
- Support responding to client (internal and external) queries in alignment with Performance Lead / Media Director
- Reporting of digital campaigns and updating of dashboards to assess performance against goals (key metrics and KPIs) on a regular basis
- Attend meetings and present on-time reports to clients or internal stakeholders on key metrics and agreed KPIs with evaluation of performance and recommendations for growth/improvement
- Keep up to date on the latest digital trends and technology updates and provide POV on how these could be used to benefit our client’s media / marketing activity
