Requirement :
- Min 3 years of related experience in a similar field
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- In-depth knowledge of the F&B industry is a plus
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Provide leadership and oversee the planning and direction of all activities within the District.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership and problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Manage Bottling Plant & ensuring all O&M meet the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), contractual scope, meet quality and quantity and inventory management
- Liaise and maintain good relationships with Bottling Plant customers
- Ensure works are organized to maximize performance and safe operations of the plant with best healthy & safety practices
- Assist daily O&M requirements and administrative activities and development of company processes.
- Contribute and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure problem solving in a seamless manner
- Digitalise the record keeping, reporting, operations and maintenance activities
- Step in to perform operation and maintenance works during operators’s rest days and absence
