Operational Manager (Canggu)

Are you a highly driven individual with experience in fast paced environments? One of Bali’s trendiest beach clubs is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate is highly flexible and has strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Local and expat candidates will be considered 
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a restaurant/beach club/night-club 
• Experience in planning and organizing large events and parties 
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting,strategic planning, human resources, sales and revenue, safety and procurement)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understands a beach club environment and etiquette
• Has significant experience working in a fast paced, high pressure, high volume environment
• Flexible, well organized and can display excellent attention to detail 
• Enjoys working as a part of a high performing team and has a friendly & professional demeanour
• Detailed knowledge of health and safety standards     
• Clean and neat appearance 
• Fluent in English 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of day to day operations 
• Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all outlet operations
• Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service
• Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of the various outlet areas and equipment to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
• Constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained
