Do you have solid experience in project management? An exciting and fast-growing Trading, Sourcing, and Quality Control Agency is looking for a full time ODOO Functional Consultant / Project Manager with excellent problem-solving skills to join their team immediately!
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, training and support during and after the implementation. This is a SaaS implementation with scope of the following Odoo Apps: CRM, Sales, Invoicing, Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Project, HR.
Requirements:
- English speaking/written is a must
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Ability to understand business processes
- 3-5 years of experience. Multiple Odoo implementations are a big plus
- Knowledge in accounting and/or Supply Chain Management
- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willing to travel between Bali and Jakarta
- Excellent project management skills
- Immediate availability
Responsibilities:
- Be the owner and project manager for the full cycle implementation. The scope of modules is moderate and transaction numbers and number of users are quite low
- Analyze the project requirements and suggest solutions
- Help with the configuration of the software
- Successfully conduct CRP and UAT rounds
- Deliver functional training sessions for key users (prepare materials)
- Create documentation for modules and user guides
- Support writing functional procedures (Blueprint)
- Manage project to completion
