Are you a talented Marketing Manager searching for a new opportunity? One of Indonesia’s leading Premier Lifestyle and Entertainment Groups is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the smooth operations of the Marketing Department, producing and actioning the annual marketing plan, marketing budgets and forecasts, adhering to set policies and procedures to ensure the marketing plan objectives are achieved. 

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum four – six years experience in restaurant/Nightclub/Hospitality.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Marketing or similar.
  • Literate in Digital Media and Web Based applications.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Outstanding knowledge in computer software skills such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, etc.
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.
  • Responsible for the creative design for large and / or annual events, including the decorations and products selection.
  • Recommends to the General Manager and coordinates all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, employee training and guest relations.
  • Manage vendors related to marketing program/campaign, promotion activity regarding events, including; the procedures, administration, and communication between related parties.
  • Procures new and repeat business for the venue, monitoring contact with guests.
  • Meets with all influential clients while they are in the venue and ensures post meeting evaluations are conducted.
  • Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
  • Coordinates sales and promotes business for all customers.
  • Directs all sales activities for marketing to ensure they meet the revenue goals.
  • Prepares and submits month-end report and three months outlook forecast and action plan.
  • Reviews regularly that internal promotion pieces for visual effect conform with standards are up to date.
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintains an effective control on marketing expenses.
  • Handles any client compliments and complaints and ensures proper feed back to management for rectification.
  • Entertains supporting and prospective clients in order to maintain or develop long lasting advocate business relationship and partnership follows-up superior’s request within a given time frame.
