A sustainable food company specialising in wild-harvested and locally sourced ingredients from Bali is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and driven individual to spearhead and manage marketing and spearhead Direct to Consumer sales efforts. Responsibility includes strategising, developing, maintaining, tracking and managing online and offline marketing efforts to optimise impact and results. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand presence as well as driving traffic and leads/customers acquisition to direct sales conversion.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executing and managing digital marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, website management, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Ability to optimise landing pages, user funnels, and conduct A/B or multivariate testing.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics and others) to measure and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience in leading digital marketing initiatives to achieve business goals and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital and traditional marketing.
  • Proficiency in compiling and presenting marketing performance reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, reliability, and strong leadership or team management capabilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Effectively managing marketing efforts, team and budgets.
  • Constantly finding new ways to maximise brand presence and grow revenue.
  • Identifying and recognising target audiences and managing targeted effort.
  • Responsible for spearheading, planning and concert digital and offline marketing efforts, optimising SEO, facebook ads, social media and digital marketing strategy to reach the right audience and increase conversion to meet target.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on the return of investments of the digital marketing efforts, investments and campaigns to demonstrate efficacy and performance.
  • Managing and optimising the ads features & marketing through marketplace and sales channels (Tokopedia, Shopee, Whatsapp, etc).
  • Required to keep up and have a deep understanding of product knowledge as a whole to strategise accordingly.
  • Managing, leading, motivating and driving the marketing team to reach goals and targets.
  • Managing marketing schedules and making sure execution is done in a timely and concerted manner.
  • Providing reports and working directly with management.
  • Strategic planning and execution of marketing and sales activities.
