Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the hospitality industry? One of Singapore’s leading Community Space and Event Venues is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team immediately for the launch of their new Canggu membership hub. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for ideating, generating and driving creative, marketing and PR initiatives on behalf of the club. A brand guardian, partly focused on communicating and marketing to local members (in order to maximise engagement and retention), and to the public to drive awareness beyond the membership base. 

Requirements :

  • Min. seven years previous relevant experience required with proven technical  acumen
  • A deeply analytical thinker with an ability to interpret through a solid understanding of market dynamics, investor and consumer
  • Clear and proven credibility in the membership club/member engagement space, and ideally in the corporate sponsorship and collaboration space
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional lifestyle experiences
  • Curious and passionate about consumers and building brands
  • Superb attention to detail material produced is meticulously executed
  • Problem solving, must be able to critically analyse and tackle problems and present viable solutions
  • This person needs to be passionate about Marketing, hospitality and lifestyle.

Responsibilities :

  • In conjunction with the CMO and Head of Marketing (based in Singapore), lead and direct marketing projects and initiatives for Company’s through a combination of strategic multi-platform marketing, public relations, special events management, and brand awareness
  • In conjunction with membership and operations teams, co-lead the pre-launch initiatives of Company’s Member build, brand awareness and desirability etc. 
  • Oversee the composition and distribution of all lines of communication to members including newsletters, mail outs, on site leaflets, brochures, posters and supplements as well as all digital content and information published on member-facing portals. Overall leadership of acquisition/member journey from a CRM perspective.
  • Ensure all programming events are correctly communicated and effectively marketed via Company’s channels.
  • Create and regularly refresh content for the website and member portal, ensuring club information and imagery, events, promotions and news are compelling in the ‘style’ of the Company’s
  • Lead the creation of tools and materials created by the club to promote the club’s services and offerings and especially all membership pack materials, making sure they closely adhere to the Company’s brand guidelines in service of driving member acquisition.
  • Manage and oversee the Club’s social media output, ensuring posts have appropriate messaging and content, and generate awareness and desire, without ‘lifting the veil’, destroying mystique or violating member privacy.
  • Negotiate and implement partnership and sponsorship agreements with aspirational brands, organisations, venues and  groups that fit Company’s brand for joint events, promotions and initiatives that enrich the member experience and generate revenue.
