The ideal candidate is a creative and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for hospitality and a flair for storytelling. They have a proven track record of designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, enhance brand visibility, and build customer loyalty. The candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation, with the ability to tailor campaigns to resonate with a discerning audience. Experience in event promotion, collaboration with influencers, and partnerships with local communities is a plus.

Requirement :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of branding and its application in F&B concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and measure campaign success.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique marketing ideas tailored to the brand.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set marketing goals and KPIs, regularly reviewing performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including offline and non-digital channels.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring messaging aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI, ensuring all initiatives are cost-efficient.
  • Collaborate with an external digital marketing agency to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Prepare and hand over all necessary assets, including branding guidelines, content, visuals, and other materials, to the agency.
  • Maintain clear communication with the agency to track performance and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Identify marketing tasks or projects that require outsourcing, such as graphic design, video production, or specialised campaigns.
  • Source and manage external vendors, agencies, or freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure all outsourced activities align with marketing objectives and are executed within the allocated budget.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive brand image.
  • Drive public relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise future efforts.
  • Utilise data analytics tools to track metrics such as customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
