Are you a highly driven individual with extensive experience in Marketing? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team immediately for a large-scale development project in Canggu. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for helping the Senior Marketing Manager and general marketing team with all jobs related to the success of the marketing plan.

Working on weekends will be required when important events, photoshoots, live social media coverage, or others are happening (a day in-lieu will be provided when this is the case).

Requirements :

  • Local candidate only. 
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Proven work experience as a marketing coordinator.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Responsibilities :

  • General assistance for the effective implementation of all marketing campaigns, briefed by the Senior Marketing Manager or Venue Manager. This includes special events & 365 marketing operations. 
  • Understanding all of the Company’s business units, their individual business strategy, target market, and needs, to later be able to support the marketing team with additional information for campaigns, ideas, etc. 
  • Writing the meeting minutes in all marketing meetings, sending it to all participants, and following up as needed to help ensure all points are completed. 
  • Ensuring all Company’s TV network content is always updated.
  • Walking around the venue at least twice per week to do a full review of all internal advertising spaces (i.e. billboards, posters, flyers, menus, acrylic displays, Company’s TV networks, internal billboards, etc.), ensuring all content is correct and up to date.
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager to brief, create, test and send Active Campaign email marketing. 
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager to brief & monitor digital media advertising. 
  • Assisting the social media team (and the HODs) with generation of Instagram ‘stories’, ‘live-content’, reels, and social media posts. 
  • Assisting HODs, Managers & Execs taking graphic design projects from brief stage all the way to completion stage, for approval by the Senior Marketing Manager. 
  • Coordinating between HODs and the marketing content creation team to enhance the quality of briefs and end results. 
  • Supporting the events team to enhance major event’s marketing to achieve desired results. 
  • Ensuring the websites’ information is always up to date and correct, and working with the web developer on any necessary website changes. 
  • Pro-actively making suggestions for improvements to website UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface). 
  • Ensuring printing materials are placed in their designated space in the venue in a timely manner. 
  • Negotiating with Indonesian media companies & suppliers as briefed by Senior Marketing Manager. 
  • Identifying and negotiating media deals with online blogs, media suppliers, etc. 
  • Completing the ‘credit card’ expenditure report for Accounting (including downloading the monthly invoices).  
  • Assisting with the creation of various campaigns, reports & presentations. 
  • Tracking campaign & promotion start and end dates, company opening times, online menus, etc are all correct across all channels.
