Do you have a flair for crafting compelling narratives and a passion for luxury hospitality? One of Bali’s leading 5* boutique hotel’s is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of luxury branding and hospitality. They should have a strong background in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with high-end clientele. The candidate will be adept at leveraging social media, PR, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility and drive guest engagement.

Requirements: 

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including brand development, digital marketing, and guest engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, capable of driving brand visibility and enhancing guest experiences through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality trends and guest expectations, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s brand positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communication strategy that aligns with the resort’s brand positioning and business goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and guest touch points.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, promotional materials, and in-room literature. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually optimise the e-commerce strategy.
  • Manage the resort’s digital presence, including website content, SEO, and online advertising campaigns. 
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media promotions. 
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement, grow followers, and increase brand awareness. 
  • Analyse and report on digital marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for online channels.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall digital customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel media, influencers, and luxury lifestyle publications.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and story ideas to secure
  • Develop engaging content, including blog posts, email newsletters, and resort updates, to drive guest engagement.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, and designers to create visually stunning marketing assets.
  • Ensure all content reflects the resort’s brand voice, values, and sustinability positioning.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for special events, promotions, and resort experiences.
  • Collaborate with luxury brands, travel agencies, and destination partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Organise and promote in-house events, guest experiences, and seasonal activities.
  • Identify and explore potential marketing partnerships to expand the hotel and resort’s presence.
