Requirements:

• Local candidates only
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Dynamic, motivated, and effective communication
• Able to ride a motorbike with confidence
• Open-minded and able to work in a team
• Comfortable in the international working environment
• Able to join the team immediately

Responsibilities:

• Consistently network and market to prospective clients
• Arranging inspections
• Represent buyers and sellers and act in their best interest
• Delivering sales pitch
• Educate clients on key specifics of their property buying/selling experience
• Preparing binding agreements & proofreading notarial deed draft
• Assisting and following up on transactions via email and WhatsApp until handover
