One of our clients, a premier property management and construction consultant company in Bali, is searching for a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team immediately with significant pre-opening experience. 

As the HR Manager for the construction consulting firm, you will play a pivotal role in managing human resources operations and strategies to support business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity.

 

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum of three years experience as an HR Manager or relevant position. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, preferably in the construction or consulting industry.
  • Must have a strong entrepreneurial orientation and be accustomed to an innovative and dynamic work environment.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. 
  • People’s person and strong work ethic. 
  • Takes initiative and respects confidentiality. 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Detail oriented and organised. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex HR issues and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities :

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in candidate selection processes.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
  • Promote a positive work culture and handle employee grievances or concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance management systems to track employee performance and development.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
  • Develop and oversee career development plans and succession planning.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Regularly review and update salary structures and benefit packages to align with industry standards.
  • Administer payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops on relevant topics such as safety regulations and technical skills.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional development opportunities for employees.

HR Administration and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics, employee data, and compliance audits.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.

Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support organisational goals and growth.
  • Implement initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
