Are you an experienced, energetic individual with solid experience in the HR Industry? A brand new experience park focusing on holistic art and music events is searching for a talented Pre Opening Team HR Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to take on a variety of tasks in the HR department and have strong organizational skills to ensure that all the businesses documentation and records are managed in a seamless and confidential manner.

Requirements:

  • Local candidate only. 
  • Bachelor’s degree of Law is required.
  • Relevant diploma or certifications.
  • Minimum three years of relevant field experience. 
  • Extensive experience in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies.
  • Excellent knowledge of the HR cycle. 
  • Understanding of the company’s HR policies and processes.
  • Ability to foster a safe work environment with open communication channels. 
  • Ability to make important strategic decisions for the company.
  • Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws and application of those laws.
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to help tackle challenges.
  • Ability to delegate tasks to the HR team according to their priority.
  • A good negotiator, dealing with employee appraisal, discussing payroll and negotiating salary. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise HR staff performance and guide employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
  • Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
  • Assist in employee compensation.
  • Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job knowledge.
  • Adjust employee benefits and incentive programs.
  • Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
  • Manage the business’s HR policy and draw up contracts and service agreements.
  • Oversee employee recruitment and onboarding skills, wage settlements and dismissals.
  • Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Guide the HR staff as a leading authority in human affairs at all times.
