HR Manager (Canggu)

Are you an excellent communicator with a strong knowledge of HR functions? A Bali based development group in the creative, professional, legal, and real estate sectors is searching for a HR manager to join their team immediately!

Requirements:

• Local candidates only
• Able to join immediately
• Preferably have 1 – 3 years experiences in a similar position
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Have good knowledge with HRIS
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
• Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Performs other duties as assigned
