One of the pioneers of exclusive property development and luxury hospitality in Bali is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their team immediately.

As a Head of Marketing for the Hospitality Department Team, you will lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across a portfolio of resorts, hotels, and F&B venues. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, media production, branding, digital marketing, and advertising, with experience in hospitality sales. You will manage 360-degree campaigns that align with the individual brands’ long-term branding goals and business strategies.

Requirements :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is essential.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in related positions.
  • Proven track record in marketing within the hospitality industry or high-end F&B sectors, with expertise in developing and executing comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for engaging with both internal teams and external partners. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve marketing goals.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects concurrently with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance analysis tools, with the ability to leverage these for optimised results and insights.
  • Familiarity with website development processes and experience in go-to-market strategies for successful product or service launches is preferred.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to promote a portfolio of resorts, hotels, and F&B outlets, with a focus on driving bookings, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing guest satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at generating awareness, leads, and direct bookings. Oversee the production of promotional materials, digital content, and social media initiatives that align with hospitality objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-quality marketing assets that align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct detailed market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis, using insights to refine marketing efforts and explore new opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Work closely with the resort, hotel, and F&B, including general managers and sales personnel, to ensure marketing strategies are in line with business objectives. Collaborate with a hospitality management company.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage marketing budgets for hospitality venues, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Ensure an efficient structure and workflow within the marketing team to boost productivity and campaign effectiveness.
