Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience leading Debt Collection teams of a minimum of 50 employees? One of the leading full-cycle debt management companies with headquarters in Singapore, currently operating in Indonesia and Vietnam is looking to expand their team in Bali.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial institutions such as Fintech or Banks or in Debt Collection and will be re responsible to lead the Debt Collection team and to be in charge including desk collection, field collection and contact with external strategic DC partners.
You will be reporting to the Country Manager.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years experiences in similar position
- Experience in financial institutions, such as Fintech or Banks or in Debt Collection agencies
- Understanding of local regulations related to DC and awareness of relevant authorities(OJK, AFPI, etc.)
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work in a multicultural working environment
- Motivated to learn, and quick to understand new processes
- Ability to adjust quickly to change
- Fluent English
- Excellent interpersonal and communications Skills
Responsibilities:
- Set KPI as well as follow KPI from Company
- Monitor progress and performance on daily basis
- Permanent coaching on all DC employees
- Implement training and development processes
- Ensure quality of debt collection, as well as follow of Code of conduct and related regulations and local dispositions
- Define a “‘smart” bonus scheme along with Country Manager and Finance, according to best practices
- Work with HR department to ensure full capacity of agents, according to the business needs
- Monitor progress of the external DC partners and ensure they are reaching the targets and follow defined processes and quality
- Follow up to requests from local authorities related to DC topics including complaints along to Legal manager
- Ensure that the tools used for DC are working properly and are efficient
- Communicate with strategic providers and vendors needed for DC activities
- Create DC SOP
