- Minimum 7 years experience in garment
- Must have strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiar with data management software and digital accounting
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities of fashion production management with internal processing team and outside vendors.
- Ensure that product is manufactured on time for delivery.
- Coordinates and problem-solves issues with the internal team, vendors, factories, and other partners.
- Initiate production meetings with the internal team to set priorities and review the production status of all managed vendors.
- Manage inventory for all materials and accessories.
- Responsible for material use calculations, stock monitoring, stock ordering, and ensuring cost-effectiveness within the company.
- Update and maintain PO changes in the ordering system (i.e. upcharges, MOQ, short-close).
- Manage PO process, distribution to vendors, PO reconciliation, and request for purchasing.
- Ensure vendors uphold the Code of Conduct and perform routine site visits to build relationships.
