One of Bali’s Premium Sports Centres, offering state-of-the-art facilities and expert coaching, is looking for a Floor Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sport center, ensuring that the courts, equipment, and customer services are maintained at the highest standard. This role requires managing CA and engineering staff, helping coordinating customer activities when required, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that members and guests have a top-quality experience.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates. 
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a sports club, gym, or hospitality setting. Familiarity with sports is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols in a sports facility.
  • Fluent in English is a must. 
  • Flexibility to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, active environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise the club facilities: padel courts area, restaurant area, recovery area, changing rooms, showers, restrooms, bar, social area and kids area.
  • Ensure all courts are properly maintained, cleaned, and ready for play, addressing any equipment or surface issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with CA and GSA departments to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure all members and guests are always attended to and provided any need or request.
  • Regularly gather feedback from customers to improve services and facilities.
  • Lead and manage floor staff (CA and engineering)
  • Create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that all staff adhere to the club’s standards and policies.
  • Oversee the scheduling and bookings of courts, ensuring that the courts are in perfect condition between sessions 
  • Monitor the facilities in different areas ( courts, courts shelves, alleys between courts, restrooms, changing rooms, showers) to ensure they are always in good condition. Arrange cleaning actions, repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Ensure that all safety guidelines are strictly followed by both staff and customers, particularly in the restrooms, changing rooms, recovery area, showers and around the courts.
  • Work closely with GM and coaches and event planners to ensure all logistics, from court availability to player services, are efficiently managed.
  • Place orders for replacement equipment and supplies in collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer activity, staff performance, and any operational issues.
  • Report on the club’s maintenance needs, customer feedback, and key performance indicators to the Club Manager.
