Requirements:
- Local candidates only
- Graduate in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions) as well as Google Drive
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Time-management and organisation skills
- Confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Maintain reports on financial metrics
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Participate in payroll processes
- Creation of Invoices and Receipts
- Update, verify and maintain financial records
- Assist in reporting procedures
- Cross-check accounting data
- Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors
