This job role will consist of managing the overall plant operation within their business in the stone and sand quarrying industry in Bali. The perfect candidate will be an excellent team leader and a confident decision-maker.
Requirements:
- Local candidate preferred
- Candidate must possess relevant University Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably from FMCG or building material industry
- The ability to speak Balinese is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Establish goals and objectives and assure performance of such is met at the lowest cost and highest quality
- Strive for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to ensure efficiencies and eliminate waste and implement such plans through people, processes, procedures and equipment
- Meet financial objectives and goals by forecasting requirements, support the annual budget process
- Create an environment where all employees are encouraged and developed to reach their full potential in meeting company goals
- Review production costs and quality
- Modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the plant
