Our client, a solar energy solutions provider based in Bali and Jakarta, offering comprehensive services for commercial, industrial, and residential needs with a focus on energy efficiency, reduced electricity costs, and lower environmental impact, is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven and communicative professional with a strong background in renewable energy, particularly solar. They should be comfortable building relationships with both local and international clients, have experience in technical or B2B sales, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Open for expat candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum three years in sales, preferably within the solar PV or renewable energy industry.
Solid understanding of solar PV systems, with the ability to develop and present technical proposals to clients. - Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong client management skills with a proven ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and offer tailored technical advice based on their needs and project requirements.
- Conduct on-site surveys to evaluate project feasibility and gather relevant data.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals that align with client expectations.
- Draft and manage contracts and invoices to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Proactively research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure all project specifications are clearly communicated and met prior to installation.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing appropriate materials and components for each project.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
- Represent the company at industry fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility and expand market presence.
