Are you a vibrant, passionate and driven individual searching for an exciting opportunity? A bohemian-themed beachfront restaurant and bar venue is searching for an Expat General Manager to join their team immediately. 

Requirements:

  • Expat candidates only
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. A degree in Hospitality Management, Venue Management or similar is preferred
  • At least 3 years previous General Manager experience, preferably in a restaurant/ club/ beach club 
  • Strong knowledge of F&B
  • A strong understanding of company operations and administration to include, budgeting, forecasting, human resources. sales, and marketing 
  • Young, energetic candidates, multi-talented person and good appearance
  • Excellent organisational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of the company in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality 
  • Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
  • Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
  • Hiring and training staff, such as bartenders and waiters
  • Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence 
  • Working hours –  5 days a week, 9 hour shift between 8am and 11pm depending on the operational needs of the venue
