Requirements:
- Expat candidates only
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. A degree in Hospitality Management, Venue Management or similar is preferred
- At least 3 years previous General Manager experience, preferably in a restaurant/ club/ beach club
- Strong knowledge of F&B
- A strong understanding of company operations and administration to include, budgeting, forecasting, human resources. sales, and marketing
- Young, energetic candidates, multi-talented person and good appearance
- Excellent organisational skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of the company in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
- Hiring and training staff, such as bartenders and waiters
- Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence
- Working hours – 5 days a week, 9 hour shift between 8am and 11pm depending on the operational needs of the venue
