Expat General Manager – Bar & Restaurant (Pererenan)

The ideal candidate is responsible for all departments and for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations and will be in charge of the entire team.

Requirement :

• Open for expat candidates.
• Min 3 – 4 years of related experience in a similar field.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations etc.)
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities :

• Lead all aspects of F&B Operations. 
• Manage financial forecasting and management.
• Implementing standard operating procedures.
• Maintaining inventory control.
• Responsible for Menu development.
• Monitoring and developing standards service.
• Controlling F&B costing.
• Working closely with bar and service managers to constantly improve standards.
• Responsible for staff rosters and wages.
• Work with Marketing to keep innovating promotions and advertising.
• Work with the Music, Audio and Visual team to ensure venue ambience is consistent.
• Responsible for the overall success of the venue.
