Director Of Sales & Marketing (5* Hotel Bali)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional and experienced candidate

• Proven 3 years experience in the same / similar position
• Strong knowledge of National and International Markets in Marketing Plan, Business Plan, yield management and commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and organization skills.
• Experience managing and coaching teams with excellent leadership.
• University Degree in Tourism, administration Marketing or similar.
• Ensure the integrity of key accounts, the key prospect database and monitoring of the sales software programs for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Prepare an Annual Budget for approval & administer that budget in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Balance operational, administrative and colleagues need.
• Previous senior leadership experience within sales required.
