Are you a highly- driven individual with solid experience in the Digital Business & Marketing industry? A physical school for Digital Business located here in Bali is looking for a Head of Faculties to join their team immediately.  

The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record in academic leadership, with experience in leading teams and managing programs in a digital business school environment. 

Requirements : 

  • Open for Local and Expat candidates
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in academic leadership, including experience in leading teams and managing programs in a digital business school environment.
  • A doctoral, MBA or BA degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, education, or a related discipline.
  • A record of scholarly and professional achievement in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital business school trends, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic programs and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality academic programs in a digital business school environment.
  • Lead and manage the faculties to ensure the provision of excellent teaching, learning, and research outcomes for students and faculty members.
  • Oversee the development of curricula, course materials, and assessments to ensure they are current, relevant, and aligned with industry trends and standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of industry-relevant programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure the effective management of resources and budgets to support the delivery of academic programs and research activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
