The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of digital marketing in the hospitality industry.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing/hospitality preferred
- 3-5 years above all-around experience in digital and social media marketing or similar
- Deliver exceptional digital and social media marketing experience with hotel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English
- Passionate and willing to learn with a positive working attitude
- Competent in multi-tasking and enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment
- Able to work in a team and have a strong work ethic in the hospitality industry
- Understanding/experience in operations and sales in the event space is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Work with the third party digital agency on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), PPC, Social Media marketing
- Developing and managing digital marketing, maintain the website(s) improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
- Keep website updated for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers as and when appropriate
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Develop and manage internal analytic digital report covering SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media activations
- Management of online communication and review channels, including Trip Advisor + Trust You, Facebook, Instagram, and any other inbound communication channel
- Develop new websites and digital marketing tools for new properties or company owned F&B outlets
- Run end to end digital marketing promotions in line with third parties
- Responsible for implementation of digital marketing solutions such as website conversion tools
- Coordinate monthly brand eDM OMG with the Marketing Team
- Write copy and liaise with the design team on creative for email marketing campaigns
- Encourage Team Members to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognising them for their contribution to the success of the operation
- Assign team responsibilities and develop performance standards
