Are you a highly- driven individual with a passion for customer service? A school for digital business is looking for a Customer Care to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate is responsible for Handling customer requests and all correspondence. 

Requirements : 

  • Local candidate only. 
  • Good telephone manner 
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in the English and Indonesia language
  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
  • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment

Responsibilities :

  • Handling all customer requests 
  • Handling all correspondence from WhatsApp chat and email 
  • Handle incoming phone calls 
  • Following up with any clients that visited the page but did not register / transact within 24 hours 
  • Attend a weekly meeting with the Company Director to go through the weekly enquiries 
  • Basic reporting needs 
  • Be able to answer any client query with ease and smooth communication as per the FAQ sheet 
  • Learn the various courses that the campus will be offering
