- Certified Indonesian Accountant qualification (e.g., CPA, CA).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles within large corporate businesses.
- Proven track record managing businesses with revenue exceeding US$200,000,000 and staff numbers between 2,000 to 5,000.
- Extensive experience with ERP system implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Management, Budget Forecasting, CAPEX planning, and reporting.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high proficiency in English.

Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Lead the development of long-range financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Drive the company’s financial performance by optimising profitability and cash flow.

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Manage and optimise CAPEX planning and reporting.
- Implement and manage robust financial controls and risk management processes.
- Manage and understand big data, and translate that data into actionable insight.
- Understand intuitively the business drivers and the underlying non-financial information that drives the financials of a company.
- Lead the management, and optimisation of the ERP Netsuite system to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure seamless integration of financial data across all business units.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the business’s resilience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Guide the business through the Indonesian and local Bali political landscape, ensuring a strong voice on important issues such as regulations and minimum wage laws.
- Keep the CEO informed about all key political developments, both locally, across Indonesia, and globally. Communicate and assess the financial implications of politically driven decisions, highlighting the potential risks to company revenue and the broader impact on the business.
