Are you an experienced, energetic individual with solid experience in Content Marketing? 

One of Bali’s leading Property Development and Hospitality Groups is launching several property development projects and is searching for a talented Content Creator to join their team immediately. 

The successful candidate will need to have experience in creating still & moving images content for or social media accounts & websites. You will be working in close collaboration with the marketing team and supporting the sales department.

Requirements:

  • Open for Local candidates only.
  • Minimum two – four years experience in videography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and/or other video production software.
  • Strong knowledge on lighting and angles.
  • Proven work experience as a content producer or similar.
  • Experience in video/photo production.
  • Decent level of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create content that is captivating the audience.
  • Discipline when it comes to respecting deadlines.
  • A good balance between having an eye for detail and grasping the big picture.
  • Substantial knowledge of digital content production best practices.
  • Experience working in a marketing team.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to continue building a skill set with education and training.
  • Real estate experience is a bonus. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work on a wide range of projects using various production tools to visualize and develop innovative content that meet business objectives.
  • Obtain input from managers to ensure that content meets organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.
  • Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve content production capabilities.
  • Update and maintain internal databases for all produced content.
  • Record and edit still & moving images content for the company’s portfolio.
  • Manage photo & video production equipment, such as cameras, drones and mobile devices.
  • Create content storyboards.
  • Produce a variety of video formats, such as short and long-form, interviews, on-site and mixed media.
  • Come up with original ideas for photo & video shoots.
  • Create content for our brands’ Instagram and Facebook accounts.
  • Produce stories for Instagram and Facebook.
  • Support the marketing manager in developing campaigns.
  • Follow real estate industry trends & the competition.
  • Come up with unique content ideas to differentiate & promote our brands.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality content within an established brand identity.
  • Manage the produced content materials, based on a content management system.
  • Always adhering to a company’s brand identity and guidelines.
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders about progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
  • Making sure content is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being submitted.
  • Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
