One of our clients, a luxury 5* villa resort in Canggu is currently seeking a highly talented and motivated individual for a Cluster Sales Manager Wedding and Events to join the team immediately. 

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales and event management, specifically within the wedding and events industry. They should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, the candidate should have a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

 

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Highly skilled in negotiation and creating effective sales plans.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Good knowledge of event and wedding organisation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with VHP Systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Driven by achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

  • Direct the distribution of goods and services by assigning sales territories.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Set sales goals for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to the team to achieve targets.
  • Maximise revenue by up-selling products and services throughout the event planning and execution process.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services and enhancements to clients.
  • Manage customer feedback by promptly responding to guest problems and complaints related to weddings and events.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided throughout the planning and execution of events.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of weddings and events to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to stay competitive in the market and attract new clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and event outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve their goals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the team.
