Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the hospitality industry? One of Singapore’s leading Community Space and Event Venues is looking for a Club Operations Manager to join their team immediately for the launch of their new Canggu membership hub. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for the daily operation of the outlets and for ensuring the financial performance of the business is aligned with the published budget. A primary focus of this role is to nurture a culture whereby each team member is a Brand Ambassador and is empowered to deliver an egalitarian, world-class service in line with the Company Vision Mission and Values. 

Requirements : 

  • Local or expat candidate
  • Minimum five years of Hospitality / F&B experience with three years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of managing sales and ops
  • Drives covers.
  • Manages the bar and the floor departments.
  • Oversees the financial performance of the outlets to ensure margins and costs are aligned to budgets.
  • Creates and implements Policies and SOPs to deliver service excellence.
  • Supports the F&B Ops team to maintain a menu offering that promotes sustainability.
  • Oversee the execution of the Events Program (Club members and non-members) to drive patrons’ experience and engagement.
  • Implement a Team Development Program to foster team success and career growth.
  • Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations

Responsibilities :

  • Leads outlet daily operations.
  • Drives covers.
  • Manages the bar and the floor departments.
  • Oversees the financial performance of the outlets to ensure margins and costs are aligned to budgets.
  • Conducts regular analysis of F&B trends to allow the company to excel as a leading organization in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Proactively responds to guests’ feedback on offering and service.
  • Creates and implements Policies and SOPs to deliver service excellence through all departments.
  • Supports the F&B Ops team to maintain a menu offering that promotes sustainability.
  • Is in charge of overseeing the execution of the Events Program (Company’s Club members and non members) to drive patrons’ experience and engagement.
  • Nurtures ownership and team development to attract and promote talent for the Group.
  • Implement a Team Development Program to foster team success and career growth.
  • Is in charge of team rosters and leave management.
  • Supports HR Functions through recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Conducts appraisals of the team as per company standards.
  • Ensures maintenance schedules are in place and executed in a timely manner to keep the building well maintained and up to company standards.
  • Implements weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure the outlets retain.
  • consistently high standards of cleanliness.
  • Oversees the maintenance of the FF&E.
  • Cultivates partnership and commercial relationships to secure business leads
  • Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations
